Policy & Terms

By booking with Ballin’ with Ball, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due at least 48 hours prior to your event. All payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of the original event date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are final and no refunds will be issued.

We are not responsible for any weather-related damage to balloon decor at outdoor events. Balloons should not be moved or tampered with after installation, as this can cause damage to the design. Please ensure that the setup area is clear, accessible, and safe before installation begins. For outdoor setups, we recommend clear skies and light winds to maintain the integrity of the decor.

Photo Release: By booking with us, you grant Ballin’ with Ball, LLC permission to use photos of your event for marketing, including but not limited to social media and website promotion. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in advance.
